All services are subject to vehicle availability, weather conditions, road conditions, and operational limitations.
Reservations may be made through our website, email, or by phone.
Customers must provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation.
A valid payment method may be required to confirm a reservation.
Reservations are not considered confirmed until a confirmation email, text message, or verbal confirmation is provided by Boston Airport Rides.
Customers are responsible for reviewing reservation details and notifying us of any errors immediately.
Pricing is based on the information provided at the time of booking.
Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking fees, waiting time, extra stops, holiday surcharges, special requests, or changes made after booking.
Payment may be collected before, during, or after service depending on the reservation type.
Any unpaid balances may be subject to collection procedures and additional fees where permitted by law.
Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time may qualify for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to cancellation fees.
No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
Reservation modifications should be requested as early as possible and are subject to availability.
Refund decisions may vary depending on service type and circumstances.
Complimentary waiting time may be provided depending on the service type.
Additional waiting time may be charged after the complimentary waiting period expires.
Airport pickups may include additional waiting time due to flight arrivals and baggage claim delays.
Customers are responsible for communicating delays whenever possible.
Passengers agree to:
Treat vehicles and drivers respectfully.
Follow all local, state, and federal laws.
Wear seat belts when required.
Refrain from illegal activities.
Avoid smoking, vaping, or consuming illegal substances inside vehicles.
Passengers may be held responsible for:
Vehicle damage
Excessive cleaning
Property destruction
Unsafe behavior
Additional expenses caused by passenger actions
Boston Airport Rides strictly prohibits illegal drug use in all vehicles.
Passengers must comply with all Massachusetts and applicable state laws regarding alcohol consumption and transportation.
Drivers reserve the right to terminate service if passenger behavior creates safety concerns.
While we strive to provide the reserved vehicle type whenever possible, Boston Airport Rides reserves the right to substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle when necessary due to maintenance, safety, scheduling, or operational requirements.
Boston Airport Rides is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by:
Traffic conditions
Weather events
Road closures
Airport delays
Flight cancellations
Accidents
Natural disasters
Government actions
Events beyond our reasonable control
We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions whenever possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Boston Airport Rides shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific reservation giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left in vehicles.
All vehicles operated by Boston Airport Rides are insured in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Passengers are encouraged to maintain their own travel insurance or personal insurance coverage where appropriate.
