Arsenal Street and Watertown Square use different Boston approaches
Watertown is compact but busy. Arsenal Street and the East End sit close to Brighton and Cambridge, while Watertown Square connects with Newton and the Massachusetts Turnpike corridor. Coolidge Square and Mount Auburn Street lead toward Cambridge, and the West End adds travel from the Waltham line. Depending on time, a Logan trip may use the Mass Pike, Soldiers Field Road or a Cambridge and downtown route. The numbered pickup address determines which plan is sensible.
A common drive may fit roughly within 25 to 50 minutes, but Arsenal Street, Watertown Square, Fresh Pond, Boston roads, tunnels, weather and Logan terminal traffic can extend it. Boston Airport Rides works backward from the requested terminal arrival and includes airline baggage and security time. A weekday afternoon pickup near Arsenal Yards needs a different margin from a quiet early departure near the Newton line.
